    The customer wanted to update the fireplace by painting the brick and mantle. Upon learning she was replacing the fireplace grate, I offered to paint it a classy black instead, saving her a bundle of money. I also painted the pink tile in front of the fireplace.

    We updated this set of handrails and china hutch using a stain blocking oil primer from wood to a classy, fresh, bright white. I also retextured the walls with a light orange peel texture, then painted them.
